Class Bookings/Policies

Class Payment Options:


Monthly payments run from the 1st of each month for each calendar month. We run Pilates classes for 48 weeks of the year and they are split into 12 equal monthly payments. We are closed for 2 weeks in Summer, and 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year. This option is ideal if you come to class regularly as you have the option to do “make up” classes at another time that month when you go on holiday/are unable to attend. Monthly packages are available for Matwork or Studio Equipment classes.


Half Termly

These classes run as a 6-week consecutive block each half term. Some of the classes are term time only and others run every week. This option is ideal if you have childcare commitments during the holidays and cannot manage to get to a class. Half-termly packages are available for Matwork or Studio Equipment classes.


Chatsworth Flexi Pass

Our Flexi Pass is a 10 x 1-hour class pass which can be used over a six-month period. It is only available online and classes need to be booked via the Mindbody app to secure your place in advance in a particular class. The Flexi Pass is available for Matwork or Studio Equipment classes.

Do you accept refunds?

We have a no refund policy at the studio. Please note your space in the class will need to be confirmed once payment has been made. Please check if paying online that you have selected the correct Matwork or Reformer price for the appropriate class.


What happens if I can’t make a class?

If you cannot make a class or have a pre booked holiday, please notify the Studio at least 48 hours in advance to “make up” classes within your payment schedule. This make up class needs to be booked in advance to ensure there is a space available.


How often do classes run?

Classes run throughout the holidays for 48 weeks per year.


How many people are in a group class?

Our classes have limited spaces to ensure you get an attentive experience. We allow for up to 6 people in a Pilates Matwork class, and up to 4 for Pilates Studio Equipment classes.

Terms & Conditions

All services purchased from The Chatsworth Studio must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Pilates registration form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release The Chatsworth Studio, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card or direct debit on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Registration & Purchase
To register or purchase from the The Chatsworth Studio online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Return / Refund Policy

  • Payment for all classes must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled class date for the next block to ensure your seat.
  • If you pay monthly your seat is secured automatically once payment is received on the 1st of every month.
  • For half termly payments payment is due on the last class at the end of term for the following term start.
  • Private lessons / 121’s / Group class sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Otherwise they will be charged as if attended.
  • Cancellations will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations prior to 7 days will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
