Yoga
Yoga sessions at the studio are led by Sophie of Arna Yoga.
Trained in Rishikesh, India, Sophie weaves together Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga-inspired practices, alongside pranayama and meditation. With a background in sport science, personal training and nutrition, she offers a balanced, whole-body approach to movement and wellbeing. Her classes are supportive, informed and open to all bodies and experience levels.
Sophie’s yoga classes run for 60 minutes, and blend the steady foundations of Hatha Yoga with soft, flowing elements of Vinyasa. Suitable for all levels, the practice invites mindful movement, conscious breathing, and a gentle exploration of strength and mobility, allowing you to work at a pace that feels right for you. Mats are provided.
Yoga classes run on Thursdays 18:00-19:00pm, and 19:10-20:10pm.
After Yoga, take 30 minutes to pause, breathe and reconnect in a calming meditation class. Guided with warmth and intention, this session offers simple and accessible techinques to quiet the mind, release tension and restore balance. Rooted in a nurturing atmosphere, you’ll be supported to slow down, soften and leave feeling grounded and deeply relaxed.
