Our Pilates teachers have all completed their teacher training with Body Control Pilates®. In addition to our professional qualifications, the studio team are friendly and understanding and look forward to helping you to achieve your goals and improve in your Pilates practice, or healthcare journey.


Christine Laidlaw – Owner & Director

Christine is a mumpreneur, Pilates & Movement Specialist, award winning, & Amazon multi best-selling author. She teaches Matwork classes across all abilities, as well as all types of Studio Equipment and Pre & Post-Natal Pilates.


Ashia Ekwealor – Pilates Teacher
Following a decade long career in Media & Advertising in the corporate world, Ashia embarked on the journey of motherhood. During pregnancy, she sustained crippling injuries, using Pilates to rehabilitate herself back to full strength. She went on to train as Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork teacher, and is currently studying for her pre/post-natal qualifications amongst others.


Sonia – Pilates Teacher

Sonia is a part time Pilates teacher who holds her L3 Matwork qualification. She is a keen runner, enjoys keeping active and taking part in a variety of sports.


Kasia – Pilates Teacher

Kasia is a Body Control Pilates Matwork teacher, who qualified in 2018. Since qualifying, she has taught at various studios across London & Surrey


Donnah Hewlett – Counselling & Psychotherapy

Donnah is an Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. Donnah specialises in a range of difficulties including, depression, perinatal mental health, infertility issues, loss, bereavement, anger, abuse, identity, disordered eating, abortion, OCD, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship problems and co-dependency.


Nikky Dugdale – Reflexology

Nikky has a diploma in Reflexology and is passionate about working with families with children with special needs, as well as women going through perimenopause and menopause.
