At Chatsworth Studio we offer a range of Pilates classes:
- Pre/Post Natal Pilates
- Mums and Babies Pilates
Whether you have no previous experience or an extensive knowledge of Pilates technique you will be extremely welcome here.
Pilates is a great technique that is suitable for all ages and abilities. It involves free flowing exercises to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, tone the physique and improve your posture.
Pilates is often recommended by Physiotherapists and Doctors for injury rehabilitation and prevention, is great for pre and post natal care and is a good exercise technique to compliment cardio work.
Pilates and Sports/The Arts go well hand in hand. If you are a keen golfer, or an aspiring concert violinist- Pilates is an excellent technique to support your trade/hobby. The exercises can be tailored to your individual requirements and can complement your normal training program. If needed we can work with your trainer or medical practitioner to ensure you are getting the most out of your Pilates class.
Majority of our classes are group classes- but should you wish to train privately please contact the office to arrange a suitable time.
