Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga, Mama & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes at the studio are run by Lucy from Lucy Jane Wellbeing.

Lucy is a Yoga Teacher who specialises in pregnancy and postnatal yoga. She is passionate about child development, health, and wellbeing. She is a yoga enthusiast and has been practicing for over 10 years.

Lucy trained to become a IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) Baby Massage instructor in 2019 and went on to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Diploma across 2020-21. She then completed her Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mum & Baby Yoga Teacher Training in 2021.
