was the best way to bring the mind to a calm and quiet state. This stillness reflects in my actions making me more serene and tranquil in life. As a certified yoga teacher I have been influenced by my favourite tutors and at home I developed my own style, which is a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. My students will experience slow movement yoga and together we will have a flowing meditation during the class that will boost the body with good energy and a relaxed state.

I am a qualified Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation teacher.  I discovered yoga and meditation over 6 years ago looking for a way to quieten my mind and find some peace and serenity within my busy, fast paced life.  Yoga and meditation enabled me to create space within, and from there I have continued practicing and developing.  I am passionate about sharing what I have learnt, not just about yoga asana but also the power of the breath, meditation and yoga philosophy.  Yoga is for everyone and I offer a safe, inclusive space for yogis of all levels.  I am continuously inspired as I step onto the mat each day and feel privileged to be able to share the beauty of yoga with each and every person that attends a class with me.
