Maria teaches the Yoga class on a Wednesday and Saturday at the studio.

Wednesday 10am to 11am.

Saturday 10:15am to 11:15am.

Mainly term Time classes, some holiday classes available, please check with Maria.


A bit about Maria and the Yoga class.


I’ve been practising yoga for over 12 years which was the best way to bring the mind to a calm and quiet state. This stillness reflects in my actions making me more serene and tranquil in life. As a certified yoga teacher I have been influenced by my favourite tutors and at home I developed my own style, which is a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. My students will experience slow movement yoga and together we will have a flowing meditation during the class that will boost the body with good energy and a relaxed state.

Nina – Yoga & Meditation Teacher


Nina is a happy go lucky motivated instructor with a passion for inspiring people to lead a healthier, happier, heartier life with a strong body.

Nina is a Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher. Nina’s Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic, sweaty with an undertone of dance. My Yin Yoga is more static incorporating meditative influences aimed at releasing blockages and getting more deep into muscle facia.

Wednesday evening 6pm till 7pm Dynamic Flow Yoga

Sunday evening 5pm till 6pm Gentle Yoga and Meditation.
