Classes start week beginning the 10th December 2018 for FREE taster sessions.

Tuesday night at 8.30pm and Friday mornings at 10.30am  are a brand new BarreConcept class! The classes are a fun and exciting hour long class, ideal for beginners and people that have done a class before.
